Refund Policy

If your letter or goods arrive and are damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via e-mail at: contact@thetearoomdiaries.com.au. Please include proof of purchase by way of order number, as well as details of the damage and we will gladly replace your item (postage free of charge). If your item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund via your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.



The Tearoom Diaries always takes care to ensure, as best as possible, that our products are described accurately on our website. If you are not happy with your FIRST LETTER please notify us by email and we will cancel your subscription and issue a full refund.

Your letter or goods may vary slightly in design or colour from the exact product displayed in our online store. Appearances may also vary depending on what type of device or screen you are viewing our website with. Printed products in particular can vary from item to item. 

If ONE LETTER is not received we will happily replace it free of charge. If the first TWO LETTERS are not received a full refund will be given upon cancellation of the subscription. If subsequent letters are not received we will offer a refund equal to the individual purchase price of each letter multiplied by the number of letters remaining in the subscription. We will not be responsible for GOODS lost in the mail and will not issue refunds for these items.
