Question: How do I know when my letter with arrive?

Question: I haven’t received my letter, how long does it take?
Answer: We use Australia post, mail times may vary due to ongoing pandemic interruptions. Please allow up to two weeks within Australia and six weeks for overseas. If you don’t receive your letter within these times please email us at: contact@thetearoomdiaries.com.au
Question: Are the stories in your letter true?
Answer: Whilst some of the stories in our letters are inspired real people and events in history, the story lines are a novelisation and any similarities are coincidental. Check out the immerse yourself section on our website where we share the background inspirations of our stories and characters.
Question: Is this a book?
Answer: No, this is a unique and nostalgic way to experience a story through letters addressed to you and delivered in the mail each month. You’re getting an experience as well as a story all rolled into one.
Question: How long is each letter?
Answer: Each letter is two pages illustrated on both sides and printed on high quality paper. A keepsake to be treasured.
Question: How does the subscription work?
Answer: This is an annual subscription, paid in full at time of purchase. The subscription lasts for one year.
Question: What do I get for my monthly subscription?
Answer: Over a 12 month period, you will receive a total of 12 letters, as well as a selection of vintage style postcards and some surprise inclusions along the way.
Question: Am I too late? I haven’t subscribed yet?
Answer: No, you’re not too late. The way The Tearoom Diaries works is you can subscribe any time during the year. Once you subscribe we’ll start sending your letters from the date you purchase lasting for 12 months receiving 12 letters.
Question: Do you mail internationally?
Answer: Yes, we do.
Standard postage delivery rate is free within Australia. International orders have an extra postage cost of $42 AUD per 12 month subscription added at checkout.
